Oconee County Schools (OCS) is soliciting proposals for comprehensive Benefits Consulting and Benefits Administration Services for its approximate 1,200 benefits-eligible employees across fifteen locations. The purpose is to provide strategic planning, design, negotiation, communication, and administration of a comprehensive, affordable benefits package designed in response to employee and employer needs.
