Project Description: Saint Louis Public Schools (SLPS) is seeking a proactive and experienced Benefits Broker to serve as a strategic partner in designing, managing, and optimizing employee health and welfare programs. (Medical, Dental, Vision, Prescription, Basic/Supplemental Life Insurance and Accidental Death and Dismemberment Insurance, Short Term and Long-Term Disability, Employee Assistance Program, Flexible Spending Account)
The selected broker will provide counsel advice and recommendations about benefit designs, streamline administration, and ensure SLPS offers competitive, compliant, and engaging benefits that support employee health, well-being and satisfaction.
