Notice is hereby given that the City of Grand Forks is requesting bids for the following employee benefit policies: fully insured medical, self-funded medical/prescription plan administration including stop loss insurance, dental, vision, life, disability, flexible spending accounts, dependent care flexible spending accounts and EAP.

Bids shall be in accordance with Bid Documents prepared by Brown & Brown, Inc. A copy of the Bid Documents will be made available by emailing Kelly.Gates@bbrown.com or calling 801-505-6503. Questions should also be directed via email to Kelly Gates, Senior Vice President, Brown & Brown.

Bids will be emailed to Kelly Gates no later than 4 pm CST on August 31, 2022. Any bids received after the scheduled time will not be considered. It is the bidder’s responsibility to confirm receipt of bid.

The City reserves the right to reject any and all bids or portions thereof, to waive informalities or irregularities in a bid received, and to accept that bid which appears to be in the best interests of the City of Grand Forks. The City shall incur no legal liability or obligation until a contract is awarded and approved by the appropriate authorities.
