The City of Bentonville, Arkansas is accepting formal, sealed proposals from properly qualified, experienced, licensed and insured firms to provide a comprehensive Employee Assistance Program (EAP) for approximately 850 City employees and their eligible dependents. The purpose of the EAP is to provide confidential counseling, consultation, and referral services designed to assist employees and their household members in addressing personal or work-related concerns that may adversely affect job performance, health, safety, or well-being. Services shall be confidential, accessible, culturally competent, and delivered by appropriately licensed professionals for the City of Bentonville Human Resources Department. The awarded Proposer will be required to sign a binding Contract with the City; the awarded Contract will be for a one (1) year term, renewable annually upon mutual written agreement for a maximum term not to exceed five (5) years. The City reserves the right to award a contract to one or multiple Proposers based on the City’s sole determination and in accordance with the City’s best interest.
