Description

This requirement is for a perpetual license of the OpenDED software, along with training and maintenance. This software supports the hybrid Directed Energy Deposition (DED) engine repair process. This will include a base year and four option years. This acquistion will be sole-source due to the unique capabilities of OpenDED and its integration requirements.
