***This is a request for quotes under simplified acquisition procedures***



EWP Little Creek Church Site 1, Kanawha County, West Virginia





This project consists of restoring and stabilizing approximately 81 feet of streambank adjacent to structures on 1 site along Little Creek, Kanawha County, West Virginia. Wire Mesh Gabions will be installed to stabilize and protect the streambank(s). Foundation preparation may require rebar anchoring or rock riprap. All disturbed areas will be graded to provide positive drainage and seeded and mulched to provide permanent vegetative cover. If necessary, blockages will be removed to restore channel capacity.



***Per Clause 52.228-13 Alternative payment Protections, the contractor shall submit a form of payment protection after award***



The solicitation is set aside for Total Small Business.





In accordance with FAR 36.204, the estimated magnitude of the project is between $100,000 through $250,000.



A firm fixed price construction contract is anticipated.





A site visit is scheduled for Tuesday January 7, 2025 at 10:00 am local time. At the site Lat 38.19151° Long -81.50369° (In the drawings), 196 Little Creek Rd, Cabin Creek, WV 25035
