EWP Fields Creek Sites 2 & 4, Kanawha County, West Virginia
This project consists of restoring and stabilizing approximately 303 feet of streambank adjacent to buildings on 2 sites along Fields Creek, Kanawha County, West Virginia. Grouted rock riprap will be installed to stabilize and protect the streambank(s). Foundation preparation may require rebar anchoring. All disturbed areas will be graded to provide positive drainage and seeded and mulched to provide permanent vegetative cover. If necessary, blockages will be removed to restore channel capacity.
***Per Clause 52.228-13 Alternative payment Protections, the contractor shall submit a form of payment protection after award***
The solicitation is set aside for Total Small Business.
In accordance with FAR 36.204, the estimated magnitude of the project is between $100,000 through $250,000.
A firm fixed price construction contract is anticipated.
A site visit will be on Tuesday January 7, 2025, at 11:30 am local time.
