Emergency and Urgent Response Construction Services - Continuing Contract

The Central Florida Tourism Oversight District (herein after “District”, “Owner” and “CFTOD”) is a Special Taxing District that serves as a local government entity. The District is responsible for its public infrastructure including, but not limited to roads, bridges, and water control system.

As part of maintaining the infrastructure, the District is seeking the assistance of an experienced contractor to provide emergency and urgent response services for a 3-year continuing contract term.

Typical items of work may include, but are not limited to:

•      Pipelining installation and repair

•      Welding services

•      High-temp hot water services and repairs

•      Chilled water services and repairs

•      Roadway depression investigation

•      Underground utilities

•      Hauling and disposal of excess materials

•      Plumbing services and repairs

•      Pipe-fitting

•      Stabilization,

•      Boiler services and repairs,

•      Pipe protection,

•      Hot tap/line stops, and all other items of

delated work needed.

In addition, this contract shall serve to provide the District with emergency  and urgent response for minor repairs.

The specific scope of work shall be set forth in individual Task Authorizations issued by the Owner in the future as needed. The contractors shall submit to the Owner’s Representative a proposal in response to any such request using the rates as determined in this solicitation.
