Description

This is a combined synopsis/solicitation for commercial services prepared in accordance with the format in FAR

Subpart 12.6, as supplemented with additional information included in this notice. This announcement constitutes

the only solicitation: quotes are being requested and a written solicitation shall not be issued. The solicitation

number is 70US0925Q70092382 and is issued as a Request for Quote (RFQ) for Emergency Spud Barge Rental.

The solicitation document and incorporated provisions and clauses are those in effect through the Federal

Acquisition Federal Acquisition Circular 2025-04 effective May 12, 2025. This solicitation is Unrestricted (Full

and Open) and the associated North American Industry Classification System (NAICS) Code 532411 Commercial

Air, Rail, and Water Transportation Equipment Rental and Leasing and (PSC) Code 1935 Barge/Lighters. The

anticipated Period of Performance is August 12, 2025 – August 11, 2030. The Government intends to award a five-year
