Emergency Spill Response Services RFP

The City of Hendersonville is requesting proposals from qualified individuals/firms to provide emergency spill response services for hazardous materials, petroleum products, sewage, and other unknown substances that may pose a threat to public health, safety, or the environment. The selected contractor will support the City’s efforts to ensure timely, compliant response to spills in accordance with applicable federal and state regulations, including TDEC’s Spill Investigation and Leakage Study (SPILS) program. Services may include emergency containment, cleanup, regulatory documentation, and training support to help protect sensitive areas such as Old Hickory Lake and the Cumberland River.
