Emergency Solutions Grants (ESG) Program Notice of Funding Availability (NOFA), Request for Application. The South Carolina Office of Economic Opportunity is requesting applications for the ESG Program, CFDA#14.231, for the period 7/1/26-6/30/27. Private nonprofit entities and current PY 2025 ESG subrecipients are welcome to apply. The NOFA will be posted on OEO’s website on 3/6/2026 which will contain the eligibility and program requirements for the application process, oeo.sc.gov. Deadline to apply is 4/2/26, 5PM EST.
