Emergency Safe Housing with Counseling Services and Support Services for Human Trafficking Victims

Project Description: The Hillsborough County Government Relations and Strategic Services Department (Department) seeks to establish a contract with an experienced and qualified contractor with a proven and documented track record of providing emergency, temporary, safe housing, counseling services and support services to human trafficking victims aged 18 years or older. The Contractor may have experience in working with other populations as well that require immediate relief and a secure space for recovery. The resulting contract will provide case management and other support services for the duration of the individual's temporary stay (3-5 days) in the housing provided. The project funding is estimated at $100,000.00 for the one (1) year performance period.
