Emergency Response Debris Removal Services

An Optional Pre-bid meeting will be conducted on November 25, 2024 at the Boulder County Recycling Center Education Room, 1901 63rd St, Boulder, CO 80301.

Boulder County Resource Conservation Division (RCD) is conducting this Solicitation of Qualifications to establish a list of pre-qualified contractors who may provide Disaster Debris, Hazard Tree Removal, for future disasters. It is mandatory that all licensed contractors who intend to submit bids fully complete the pre-qualification application, provide all materials requested herein, and be approved by Boulder County to be on the final Pre-Qualification List. No bid will be accepted from a contractor that has failed to comply with these requirements.
