Release Date: 7/31/2025
Due Date: 9/25/2025
The City of Clermont is seeking to construct a secured boat dock at the Clermont Boat Ramp to accommodate two emergency response vessels, one for the Fire Department and one for the Police Department. An existing building, located approximately 200 feet west of the public boat dock, will serve as the secured access point to the dock and boat lifts. Planned modifications to the building include replacing the front door, installing a secure rear access door, and demolishing the surrounding walkway.
