Emergency Power to IT Circuits - Bid Package 3 - Mulitple Sites

Project Description: Jordan School District (JSD) is inviting qualified general contractors (Contractors) to submit bids to provide emergency power circuits to IT closets at multiple facilities in the district. The awarded Contractor will be the lowest responsive and responsible bidder meeting the specifications and requirements of the bid documents. The following list building locations, to be known as Bid Package #3 are:
Bluffdale Elementary
Elk Meadows Elementary
Herriman Elementary
Jordan Ridge Elementary
Riverton Elementary
Rosamond Elementary
Rose Creek Elementary
South Jordan Elementary
Southland Elementary
South Hills Middle
South Jordan Middle
The awarded Bidder(s) will receive notice to proceed. Notice to proceed will be in the form of a Purchase Order from the JSD Purchasing Department. Do not proceed without a Purchase Order.
This IFB is issued in accordance with State of Utah Procurement Code, Utah Code Annotated (UCA) Chapter 63G-6a, and applicable Rules found in the Utah Administrative Rules (UAR). If any provision of this IFB conflicts with the UCA or UAR, the UCA or UAR will take precedence.
The Jordan School District Purchasing Department reserves the right to reject any or all proposals and to waive any informality or technicality in any proposal in the best interest of JSD.
