Emergency Power Preventive Maintenance, and Repair

Project Description: The purpose of this Request for Proposal (RFP) is to solicit sealed proposals through competitive negotiation to establish one or more contracts for the comprehensive provision of services related to mission-critical emergency power equipment for Fairfax County, Virginia. Services shall include preventive maintenance, repair, and replacement of components for generators, automatic transfer switches (ATS), uninterruptible power systems (UPS), and other related equipment. The contract(s) will also include the supply of parts, components, and consumable materials necessary to support ongoing operational readiness and reliability.
