ADVERTISEMENT FOR BIDS
Sealed proposals will be received by the Division of Public Works, State of Idaho, at 502 N. 4th St., PO
Box 83720, Boise, Idaho 83720-0072 until 2:00 p.m. local time, on Wednesday, January 14, 2026 for
DPW 24199 Emergency Operations Center (EOC) CPV2 Remodel, Boise State University, Boise,
ID.
A description of the work of this project can be summarized to include removal of walls and addition of new
walls to create new offices, a conference room, and an open office area to house the EOC. Project to include
all new interior finishes, a building generator, and all new IT & A/V systems throughout space. Mechanical,
electrical, structural and fire sprinklers to be adjusted per the new layout.
Proposals will be opened and publicly read at the above hour and date.

There will be a Pre-Bid Conference on Wednesday, December 17, 2025 beginning at 2:00 p.m., prevailing
local time, at the 2239 University Drive, Boise, ID 83702. Bidders are encouraged to attend.
One set of documents may be obtained by licensed general contractors and by licensed mechanical and
electrical subcontractors from the Design Professional for a refundable deposit of $100.00. Others may
obtain documents at cost, non-refundable.
A bid bond in the amount of 5% of the total bid amount, including any add alternates, is required. A Public
Works Contractor's License for the State of Idaho is required to bid on this work.
Estimated Cost: $779,965.00
