ILSOS is entering into an emergency contract with UGP-181 North Clark, LLC to extend the current lease to December 5, 2025 at 191 N. Clark Street in Chicago, Illinois. Licensee provides REAL ID issuance at the premises, a critical State service. The Term of the Use Agreement expires on September 6, 2025. Licensee needs to continue to occupy the premises to prevent a serious disruption in a critical State service. This emergency extension will cost $106,050.
