Project Description: St. Louis Community College seeks qualified organizations that can offer their expertise and experience to revise and implement its emergency management program. Services for this RFP include providing expertise in training, exercises, after-action reporting, project management, and on-site emergency management staffing to enhance the College’s readiness, response, and recovery capabilities.
The proposer should be familiar with the unique challenges and vulnerabilities relevant to a multiple-location junior college system.
