Summary

Sealed bids will be received for Emergency Generators and System Resiliency Improvements by the City of Brentwood, hereinafter called the Owner, at the Owner's Finance Department located at 5211 Maryland Way
Brentwood, TN 37027 or through the City’s e-Procurement Portal, OpenGov Procurement , until 2:00 pm , local time, on Thursday, November 21, 2024 , at which time said bids will be publicly opened.

Background

As specified in the Contract Documents, the Contract includes the installation of permanent and mobile emergency generators and system improvements, associated sitework, conduit and appurtenances. The Contractor shall be responsible for all related equipment, piping, structural, electrical, instrumentation, and site work as specified in the Contract Documents. Allotted time for project completion is 300 calendar days and will be awarded as a single project.
