EMERGENCY GENERATOR PREVENTIVE MAINTENANCE & REPAIR SERVICES

The Town of Shrewsbury invites sealed bids for preventive maintenance & repair services to emergency generators at various Town facilities. All contractors must submit bids in conformance with this Invitation for Bids and the related documents which shall be available online at https://shrewsburyma.gov/bids and also in the Town Manager’s Office at 100 Maple Avenue in Shrewsbury. Town Offices are open Mon, Wed, Thu 8:00 AM-4:30 PM; Tue 8:00 AM-6:30 PM; and Fri 8:00 AM-12:00 PM.

The awarded contract shall be for a term of 3 years. Years two and three shall be subject to the appropriation of funds.

Bids will be received in the Town Manager’s Office at 100 Maple Avenue in Shrewsbury, MA until 1PM on July 14, 2026, at which time they will be opened publicly and read aloud.

Bids must be sealed and marked “Emergency Generators Preventive Maintenance and Repair Services” with the bidder’s name and address clearly noted.

The Town reserves the right to waive any minor informalities in the bids and to reject any and all bids if it shall be deemed in the best interests of the Town to do so.
