Demolition of mixed-use building (foundation to remain). Assigned Contractor to disposed of all debris as contaminants. Assigned Contractor is responsible to provide his/her own Licensed Environmental Professional and must submit the following applications, plans and duration of project: AWP (STCT DPH), sidewalk, street obstruction (City Of New Haven Transportation, Traffic & Parking). Permanent fence installation once job is completed (optional). Traffic and pedestrian drawings.
