Emergency Demolition Contractor Services

The City of Galesburg, Illinois, hereby invites Request for Proposals from qualified demolition contractors for an agreement to perform emergency demolitions for the City of Galesburg, Illinois. Sealed proposals will be received until 11:00 a.m., local time, December 3, 2025, at the office of the Purchasing Agent located in City Hall, 55 West Tompkins Street, Galesburg, IL 61401. Request for Proposal documents can be obtained at the office of the Purchasing Agent or online at www.ci.galesburg.il.us. The submission of a proposal by the offeror in response to this Advertisement for Proposals constitutes an acknowledgement of and an agreement by the Offeror that it understands and will comply with the Illinois Prevailing Wage Act and the Illinois Preference Act (30 ILCS 570).
