Scope of Services
The City of DeBary (“CITY”) is soliciting proposals from qualified and experienced firms to provide Emergency Debris Monitoring Services before and after disaster events that generate debris, such as storms or hurricanes, in accordance with applicable regulations of the Federal Emergency Management Agency (FEMA), Federal Highway Administration (FHWA), and the State of Florida. This solicitation is intended to establish a pre-event contract and will not result in any immediate costs to the CITY.
