Scope of Services
After a disaster, Contractor shall furnish all supervision, labor, parts, tools, materials, equipment, supplies, and transportation necessary to monitor SVEC’s debris removal contractor conducting debris removal/clearance operations within SVEC’s utility right-of-way (“ROW”) throughout SVEC’s service territory. Debris monitoring activities must comply with current FEMA guidance and local, State, and Federal laws and regulations. Debris monitoring services will be provided during daylight hours, seven days per week. Any deviations from this schedule will require SVEC approval.
