Description
The Department of Veterans Affairs intends to solicit and negotiate a Sole Source, Firm-Fixed-Price contract with Philips North America. This urgent procurement is for IntraSight Mobile IVUS equipment. The manufacturer has Philips NA provides this equipment on an HTME NAC Contract. Due to an urgent need, this HTME is being procured IAW FAR 13.5 procedures. The North American Industry Classification (NAICS) code for this acquisition is 334517. The anticipated award date: 03/14/2025.
