Emergency Construction Services for Hooker Avenue Firehouse Floor 2 Reconstruction

The City of Poughkeepsie is requesting proposals from qualified construction contractors to provide emergency construction repair services to address fire damage sustained in the Hooker Avenue Firehouse at 224 Hooker Ave. Poughkeepsie, NY. Time is of the essence for response. The selected contractor must be able to respond to the emergency construction work within Five (5) Day(s) of the notice of award. The selected contractor must adhere to all NYS and Federal prevailing wage labor laws. The City wishes to enter into a one (1) year agreement with a qualified contractor for emergency building construction services. At the end of the first one (1) year term, the City reserves the right to extend the first term by an additional one (1) year term. Â
