| Notes | The Fort Worth Independent School District is accepting RFP's (Request for Proposals) for Emergency and Campus-Wide Communication System Replacements at one (1) Site. The period of performance is from the date of award to June 30, 2026. All purchase orders dated and issued will be subject to the terms and conditions of this RFP. A pre-conference meeting will be held on Wednesday, June 18th at 10:00 AM at the District Administration Building, 7060 Camp Bowie Blvd., Fort Worth, TX 76116. Please check in at the north entrance in the Welcome Center. Each vendor who plans to submit a proposal for consideration is highly encouraged to be present at the meeting or have an authorized representative present. Job walks will begin immediately after the pre-conference meeting. |
