Description

Solicitation #: SS250116KCW
Project Name: Emergency Call-taking Software License, Services, and Support

Scope of Work: Lee County Department of Public Safety is seeking to execute a single source for Annual Licensing fees and maintenance plan for software systems already in place across the Public Safety Answering Points (PSAPS). This sole source also includes all subsequent fees for employee certifications, recertifications, training, accreditations, AI Skill Lab, resource materials, and Academy Analytics integration with First Watch. Lee County adopted the Priority Dispatch standards over a decade ago in the fire and emergency medical call-taking processes. Lee County Sheriff’s Office has now adopted and follows the same non-emergency calls across Public Safety Answering Points.
