Notes	The City of Davenport is accepting bids from qualified contractors for the Emeis Park, Phase II Adaptive and Inclusive Playground project. The proposed improvements include, but are not limited to, the furnishing of all labor and materials for the construction of an adaptive and inclusive playground upgrades at the site of the former Emeis Park Playgrounds, 4500 W. Locust Street. Play equipment will be purchased by the City of Davenport as part of previously awarded RFP. Bids must be submitted through the City of Davenport e-bidding system (https://davenport.ionwave.net); no emails, faxes, paper copies or any other submission method will be accepted. Within the system, each tab of the Invitation to Bid must be reviewed and responded to accordingly.
