EMC Trail Head & Pony Express Traffic Signal Design

Project Description: Eagle Mountain City is seeking detailed estimates and costs from qualified consultants for the design of a new traffic signal and associated roadway modifications. The project includes the removal of four existing concrete roundabouts/islands, replacement with a fully signalized intersection, additional ADA pedestrian ramps, school crosswalks, and school signage. There will also be an existing crosswalk on the north leg that needs to be removed along with flashing crossing signs. Design including all bid documents need to be completed by April/May 2026 for spring/summer 2026 construction.
ATTENTION:
** Bid Bond for 5% of the total project required with the bidding documents**
Insurance verification with bid, Certificate of Insurance at contract signing
** 100% Performance Bond will be posted by the approved contractor at contract signing **
** 100% Payment Bond will be posted by the approved contractor at contract signing **
Any bid received after the scheduled closing time for receipt of bids will not be considered.
