EMC East Sewer Trunkline 30% Design and Preliminary Engineering

Project Description: Eagle Mountain City is requesting proposals from responsible firms or individuals for a Sewer Trunkline – 30% Design and Preliminary Engineering. Eagle Mountain City is a rapidly growing municipality with a current population of approximately 75,000 residents. Growth projections and system capacity analyses have identified the need for construction of a new sewer trunkline to serve existing and future development areas.
Instructions for bidders:
A mandatory meeting is being conducted on April 7, 2026 at 3:00 pm located at 2565 N Pony Express Pkwy Eagle Mountain, Utah 84005. Proof of Insurance will be required when submitting a bid and Insurance upon award.
OPENING OF BIDS:
Bids will be opened on or around the bid closing. Results will be posted after bids have been evaluated. Vendors who submit a bid will be notified of the results via email. The email will include a spreadsheet of all vendors, and the amounts of the bids submitted for the project. Please include the name and email address of your contact person in the cover letter so we can send the notification of bid results. Bids will also be posted on Eaglemountaincity.com/purchasing. Once a vendor is chosen for the awarded contract all vendors will be notified of the vendor who will be awarded the contract. The chosen vendor will submit the remaining required insurance, bonds, and other required documentation with a signed contract.
