Soliciting MBE dealers for the specific embosser. The attached quote is provided in the line item with the specifics we are looking for at your convienence.

The current embosser we have is a Braillo 200 series III, been around for more than 20 years. 95% of the time the embosser has been used for items such as multiple copies of worksheets, tests, books, training materials, etc. It was recommended that we get Braillo 300 as most comparable model.

The specs needed for a high-volume embosser are:
Needs to take 11 x 11 paper tractor feed (we have 25 boxes waiting to be used)
240 chars per second
At least 720 embossed pages per hour
It needs to emboss interpoint (double sided)
6 dot braille cell
40 characters per line
25 lines per page
Needs to work with Duxbury translation software
Updated electronics
50% faster
Apple and PC operating system
Wifii, USB, Ethernet
