23-04133 Elmendorf Lake Dam Improvements

The City of San Antonio will utilize online bidding services via CivCast at https://www.civcast.com/bids for the Elmendorf Lake Dam Improvements project.

Scope: The project will repair the leaking vertical expansion joints present at the Elmendorf Lake Dam and will remove sediment material from the upstream side of the labyrinth weir structure by installing a phased cofferdam configuration and dewatering a portion of the lake. A bid alternate for the project will additionally remove 6 butterfly valves from the outfall structures of the dam and replace them with 6 knife gate valves.
