Sealed bid proposals for IFB B-24-011 Elkton West Sanitary Sewer Subdistrict-Phase 3B Low Pressure Sewer Extensions as described in the bid package, for Cecil County, Maryland, Department of Public Works, Engineering & Construction Division will be received from qualified bidders until 1:30pm on June 28, 2023. Additional specifications and/or instructions to bidders may also be obtained by emailing purchasingoffice@cecilcountymd.gov .

It is the intent and purpose of the advertisement to secure bids to construct approximately 950 linear feet of 1.5” HDPE (IPS) low pressure sewer and associated appurtenances along Route 40 and approximately 590 linear feet of 2” HDPE (IPS) low pressure sewer and associated appurtenances along Old Elk Neck Road.

An optional pre-bid meeting will be held virtually on May 31, 2023, at 10:00 a.m., email request for log-in information to purchasingoffice@cecilcountymd.gov at least twenty-four (24) hours prior to the meeting.

Bid shall be submitted electronically to bids@cecilcountymd.gov .
