Elk Ridge Middle School Roof Replacement

Project Description: Jordan School District (JSD) is inviting qualified contractors (Contractors) to submit bids for the replacement of the roof at Riverton Elementary School in Riverton, Utah. The awarded Contractor will be the lowest responsive and responsible bidder meeting the specifications and requirements of the bid documents.
Project consists of removal of existing roof membrane and partial removal of insulation below and replacement with new single-ply membrane, in areas indicated on Drawings.
This IFB is issued in accordance with State of Utah Procurement Code, Utah Code Annotated (UCA) Chapter 63G-6a, and applicable Rules found in the Utah Administrative Rules (UAR). If any provision of this IFB conflicts with the UCA or UAR, the UCA or UAR will take precedence.
The Jordan School District Purchasing Department reserves the right to reject any or all proposals and to waive any informality or technicality in any proposal in the best interest of JSD.
