Legal Notice
Sealed bids will be received by the Dublin City School District Board of Education (the “Owner”),
as provided in this notice for the 2026 Elevator Replacement Project - Scottish Corners
Elementary (the “Project”). Contract documents, which include additional details of the Project,
are on file and available at www.dublinschools.net, Departments, Operations, Bids and RFPs.
Bids shall be enclosed in a sealed envelope addressed to Dublin City School District Board of
Education, ATTN: Jeff Stark, Chief Operating Officer, 6371a Shier Rings Road, Dublin, Ohio
43017 and plainly marked on the outside "DUBLIN CITY SCHOOL DISTRICT BOARD OF
EDUCATION 2026 ELEVATOR REPLACEMENT PROJECT SCOTTISH CORNERS
ELEMENTARY BID." Bids will be received until 2:00 p.m., local time, March 3, 2026. Immediately
after the time for their filing is expired, the bids shall be opened and read publicly.
Questions regarding plans and specifications should be addressed in writing to Daniel Staudt,
P.E. at Dstaudt@KramerEngineers.com.
All bids must include a Bid Guaranty, as described in the Instructions to Bidders. Prevailing wage
rates do not apply. No bidder may withdraw its bid within 60 days after the opening; the Owner
reserves the right to waive irregularities, reject any or all bids, and conduct necessary
investigations to determine bidder responsibility.
