ELEVATOR REHABILITATION AND MAINTENANCE AND SERVICE AT HABER, O'DWYER AND CONEYISLAND (SITE 8)

This solicitation (RFQ#507518) is for services associated with the rehabilitation, replacement and maintenance of 31 elevators at 15 residential buildings across 4 NYCHA developments.  The scope is two-fold; it includes construction services (Part “A’) and maintenance services, or Part “B”.

1. 1. A non-mandatory virtual Pre-Bid Conference was held on 01/08/2025 at 11:30am, via Microsoft Teams. The pre-bid presentation has been uploaded to isupplier.
   2. All questions related to this RFQ are to be submitted via email to the A&CM Procurement Unit at acm.procurement@nycha.nyc.gov with the RFQ number as the Subject line by no later than 2:00 P.M. on 01/16/2025 Proposers will be permitted to ask questions at the Pre-Bid Conference. Responses to all submitted questions will be available for public viewing in Sourcing under the RFQ.

1. 1. Bids are due 01/30/2025 at 11:00 am via iSupplier portal.

Bid Submission Requirements

Vendors shall electronically upload a single .pdf containing ALL components of the bid into iSupplier by the RFQ Bid Submission Deadline. NYCHA will NOT accept hardcopy Bids or bids via e-mail, fax, or mail.

After Proposer registers for iSupplier, it typically takes 24 to 72 hours for Proposer’s iSupplier profile to be approved. It is Vendors sole responsibility to complete iSupplier registration and submit its Bid before the RFQ Bid Submission Deadline .  NYCHA is not responsible for delays caused by technical difficulty or caused by any other occurrence.
