Rosslyn Place Lodge is a three-story supportive living facility with 120 units, including 12 mobility-accessible units located at 10915 – 134 Avenue NW, Edmonton, AB. The Lodge is co-located with Rosslyn Place Apartments and Rosslyn Place Terrace.
The intention of this project is to be a turn-key modernization solution for the two duplex hydraulic passenger elevators serving Rosslyn Place Lodge. The modernization shall include all required work, equipment, and upgrades necessary to achieve full code compliance and provide safe, reliable elevator service for residents, staff, and visitors.
