To Whom It May Concern,

Please see the following clariﬁca ons for the Duluth Elevator Project.

1. All RFIs are due on 12/19/25 at 4pm EST

2. Storage in City Hall is to be in the basement as walked through on 12/04/25. Storage at the

Parks and Rec building is to be on the ﬁrst ﬂoor as walked through on 12/04/25. Arrangement of

the equipment in each storage area is to be established by a mutual agreement between

building personnel and the contractor upon delivery, but prior to laydown of the

equipment. Equipment stored onsite shall be always kept in a neat and organized manner.

Contractor is responsible for the protec on of all building ﬁnishes and the security of the

equipment.

3. For the City Hall elevator, there are no ceable “bumps” coming from the elevator jack during

travel. As part of the work speciﬁed in 14 24 43 2.7.D, Contractor shall make good faith eﬀorts

to eliminate this noise.

4. Work at the Parks and Recrea on building cannot start before the second week of August 2026.
