The City of Duluth will receive Proposals to provide, furnish, install and warranty/maintain all
materials, labor and equipment necessary for the construction and installation of Elevator
Modernizations at the Duluth City Hall and Bunten Road Parks and Recreation Building. The
existing elevator systems are at their expected life-cycles and shall be replaced with similar
equipment per the specifications. A complete Request for Proposal Package, including Project
Documents, may be examined at the location listed below:

Sealed proposals will be received until 11:00 AM EST on January 15, 2026 by the City
of Duluth (Owner), at 3167 Main Street, Duluth, GA, 30096. Sealed proposals are to be
submitted to the Teresa Lynn (City Clerk) and addressed as follows:

RE: Elevator Modernization
A mandatory pre-submittal meeting will be held at Duluth City Hall (3167 Main Street, Duluth
Georgia 30096) on Thursday, December 4, 2025 at 10:00 a.m. A City representative and
consultant will be present on site throughout the duration of the meeting. Once the site visit is
conducted at City Hall the visit will move to the Bunten Road Parks and Recreation Building.
Attendance at both sites is mandatory. Transportation will not be provided between sites. This
will be the proposer’s only opportunity to visit the project sites prior to submitting a proposal.
Proposals will be ranked in order of score, with the highest scoring proposal package being
recommended to Council for contract award.
o Bid (Total Cost) – up to 65 points
o Written Project Approach & Schedule – up to 25 points
o Resumes and References – up to 10 points
The City reserves the right to reject any and all proposals.
