Description
Project Description: The Green Bay Area Public School District is seeking proposals for elevator maintenance services. Bids are due by 2:00 pm on August 7th, 2026.
The District is seeking to negotiate a five-year service agreement contract (Base year, plus 4 one year renewals). The contract is expected to begin effective October 1, 2026.
Proposals should contain a cover letter, the vendor’s response to the organization’s statement of need and any additional documentation that is relevant to answering the RFP. Submissions not received by the deadline will not be considered.
