Description View Changes

This solicitation amendment 0001, includes the following amendments/revisions:

1) This RFQ is set aside for small businesses who hold a General Services Administration (GSA) Federal Supply Schedule (FSS) and will be competed among those FSS holders. If no GSA FSS holders respond to this request for quotation, all offers from small businesses will be considered. If no offers from small businesses are reasonable, all offers will be considered.

2) Statement of Work Revised to include elevator information

3) Site Visit added, Thursday, May 8, 2025.

FEMA Region 10, located in Bothell, WA, requires elevator maintenance and service to occur monthly at the Federal Regional Center as stated in the Request for Quotation (RFQ) and Statement of Work (SOW).
