Elevator Maintenance & Service

The School District of Greenville County (District) invites interested firms to submit a SEALED PROPOSAL to provide Elevator Maintenance & Service for Greenville County Schools in accordance with the specifications and terms and conditions of this solicitation.The District is seeking one or more certified elevator service vendors for their 70+ elevators and lifts thru out the District. The awarded vendor shall be certified by the elevator manufacturer to provide maintenance and repair to the elevators for which they are awarded to service pursuant to this contract. In addition, the vendor shall perform necessary service to keep the elevators compliant with SCLLR. The vendor may be awarded monthly maintenance service and/or periodic testing services dependent on the District's best value interpretation. Proposals are due no later than 10:00 am on Thursday, March 13, 2025 , through the Procurement Portal.
