Project Overview / Scope of Work
The Office of Central Services Facility Operations Management Division is seeking contractors to perform Elevator Maintenance & Repair Services for PG County Buildings, except Health Department.
Project Description
Perform Periodic Maintenance, repairs, routine servicing, respond to urgent and emergency elevator service needs, and participate in the testing and inspection of all rope and hydraulic elevators in the OCS portfolio of buildings.
Elevator maintenance & repair services for all county buildings, except Health Dept. (please see Attachment 1: Elevator List).
