The purpose of this Request for Proposals (RFP) is to identify qualified, experienced, licensed vendors to provide elevator maintenance, repairs and inspections services for elevators and wheelchair lift(s) collegewide on a term contract basis. Services include monthly full preventive maintenance, adjustments, repairs, and inspections, including annual inspection, in compliance with State of Florida requirements, and emergency services/repairs.
