The elevator contractor shall furnish all necessary labor, equipment, lubricants, tools, rags, reports, forms, and test weights to provide two (2) separate monthly inspections and service of four (4) hours each (total of 8 hours per month), minimum labor for lubrication, inspection, examination, and adjustments to elevators at Taunton State Hospital, Taunton, Massachusetts, for a period of thirty-six (36) months starting July 1, 2026, through June 30, 2029.
