Project Description: The City of Dallas is seeking a turnkey elevator inspection service at three locations for the
Stormwater Drainage Management Operations (SDM) division of Dallas Water Utilities (DWU)
for a term of four (4) years beginning in 2026 through the end of 2029. The three locations of
the elevators are:
1.) 2245 Irving Blvd., Dallas, TX. 75207 - Manufacturer: Otis Model: Gen 2
2.) 3110 Cambrick St, Dallas, TX 75204 (Cole Park Pumping Station) - Manufacturer:

3.) 615 S Riverfront Blvd, Dallas, TX 75207 (Able III Pumping Station) – Manufacturer:
