The purpose and intent of this Unsealed Invitation for Bids (UIFB) is for Eastern State Hospital (ESH) to solicit unsealed bids from qualified sources to establish a term contract for the elevator inspection/testing and repair services, and to include emergency services for the elevator located at Eastern State Hospital Building 2. with a responsive and responsible bidder with service beginning within a week of contract award. .Eastern State Hospital in Williamsburg, Virginia is an agency of the Commonwealth of Virginia. The Contractor shall have demonstrated ability in similar projects. This shall be demonstrated through completion of the Bidder Data Sheet that shall accompany the submitted bid There is a set-aside for DSBSD certified Small Businesses with preference to Virginia-based companies.
