The Central Florida Tourism Oversight District (“District, “CFTOD” or “Owner”) is requesting services to provide a technician/mechanic to complete the following services of “Startup”, “Standby”, inspections, power testing, complete preventative maintenance, and repairs for all District Elevator & Escalator equipment as specified by the days and times listed. These services are needed to ensure extended hours of mechanical support and prompt response for the CFTOD Parking Operations equipment to maintain functions during hours of constant pedestrian traffic.

Preventative maintenance: Contractor will maintain the units using trained personnel directly employed by their firm. The maintenance will include inspection, lubrication, and adjustment of parts.

A mandatory site visit will be conducted on Tuesday, August 5, 2025 at 8:00 A.M. Meeting location for the site visit is at the following address:
